E-Commerce Coordinator – ACTIVE

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance of the Shopify website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day upkeep of the Shopify website. This includes product uploads, updates to product information, and ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and on-site messaging.

The role will primarily focus on maintaining product data and supporting product launches, ensuring all required information is correctly reflected on the website. Most tasks follow established processes and documentation, with information sourced from spreadsheets, purchase orders, and internal resources.

This position has been created to support business growth and the upcoming website upgrade, which will require more detailed product setup and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Website Operations & Product Setup

• Upload new products to Shopify, ensuring all required product information is complete and accurate.
• Update product details including pricing, descriptions, measurements, colour variants, images, and availability.
• Create and maintain product pages, collections, tags, filters, and product links.
• Ensure all on-site messaging and product information reflects current product availability, including pre-orders.
• Maintain accurate linking of related products such as colour variations, fits, and similar styles.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure website content remains accurate and up to date.

Inventory Accuracy & Product Information

• Review spreadsheets and documentation to locate relevant product information.
• Ensure stock availability is accurately reflected online, including pre-order status where applicable.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies such as incorrect variants, missing information, or inaccurate product details.
• Follow documented processes to gather and verify product information before updating the website.

Product Content Preparation

• Create product descriptions using dot point information provided by the team.
• Upload images and ensure product details are consistent across all listings.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across product pages.

About You

• Experience working with Shopify (product uploads, collections, product data updates).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with structured information.
• Confident working with spreadsheets and locating relevant data.
• Comfortable following documented processes and workflows.
• Able to work independently once trained.
• Organised and reliable, with a consistent approach to repetitive tasks.
• Strong written English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with product data in fashion or retail.
• Experience managing product variants such as colour and size combinations.

Notes Based on Role Scope

• Role focuses primarily on website maintenance and product setup.
• UX optimisation and customer journey improvements are not required at this stage.
• Developer liaison responsibilities are not required initially.
• Processes and documentation are largely already established.
