Job Description

A women’s fashion label based in New Zealand, operating for 12 years with 65–70 wholesale stockists, an online store (Shopify), and a local factory shop.

• Fashion brand targeting 40-70 year-old demographic
• Strong reliance on EDM marketing for sales
• Current database of 18,000 subscribers, aiming to double
• Use of high-quality imagery and video content
• Shopify-based e-commerce platform
• Emphasis on finding a proactive, communicative VA with fashion industry experience.

• Potential to expand services to include digital marketing and admin support in the future
• Client values VA integration into team culture and encourages idea-sharing

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 3–4 EDMs per week using Klaviyo (graphics, layout, scheduling).
• Social media content scheduling, calendar planning, basic reporting.
• Build simple landing pages (design-focused, not deep SEO work).
• Ensure promotional content aligns with stock levels (via Shopify/SIN7).
• Communication and responsiveness to match in-house team standards.

Tools: 

• Klaviyo (for EDMs)
• Shopify (e-commerce and promotions) – Essential
• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (graphic design)
• SIN7 (stock management) – training will be provided
• CapCut or similar tools for basic editing
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
