Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong skills in Apollo and research for B2B cold calling. The role involves conducting 20-30 meaningful conversations per day and generating 5 qualified leads per week. The ideal candidate will handle research, pre-qualification of leads, cold calling, and email outreach, specifically targeting clients in the food industry. You will play a key role in building relationships and driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Experience with the food industry is a plus, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Overview:
VA Role:
- SDR focused on quality B2B calls (20-30 meaningful conversations/day)
- Research companies, buyers, and products before calls
- Use Apollo for lead generation and email sequences
- Pre-qualify leads through calls and emails
- Handle inbound leads and pass qualified opportunities to sales team
- Target: 5 qualified leads per week after training
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilise Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential business clients and decision-makers within target industries.
- Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our solutions and establish initial contact with prospects.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring that all relevant details are documented and communicated effectively.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of prospect interactions, lead status, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Perform necessary follow-ups to confirm meetings, address any questions, and maintain engagement with potential clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, appointment-setting metrics, and overall performance to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies, messaging, and target criteria.
