Job Description
Primary objective is to act as an operational extension of the General Manager, ensuring the GM’s time, decisions, and priorities are managed with maximum efficiency, discretion, and impact. This role’s core purpose is to anticipate needs and drive execution in alignment with the business plan so the GM can focus on high-level strategy and leadership.

Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Operations Management: Act as the GM’s right hand – owning calendars, scheduling of meetings, travel planning/bookings, expense reporting, email management and correspondence with minimal oversight.
- Information Gatekeeping: Serve as the first point of contact and filter for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring only the most critical and relevant matters reach the GM.
- Meeting Leadership: Prepare agendas, briefings, and pre-reads; attend key meetings and capture meeting minutes; follow up and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Project Ownership: Independently lead special projects, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive forward GM-priority tasks with accuracy and accountability.
- Communication Drafting: Draft professional, high-impact communications on behalf of the GM; ensure tone, accuracy, and context are always appropriate.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Decision Proxy: Make informed, autonomous decisions within the EA’s capability to support daily operations and reduce the GM’s cognitive load.
Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Update Bloom Growth after each LT quarterly planning sessions
- Own the distribution/completion of the State of the Company Presentation.
- Schedule quarterly conversations with the GM’s Direct Reports.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
- Assist the broader executive team with projects, coordination, and communications on an as-needed basis
- Back-up for travel-bookings for team when Sales Support and Business Administrator is absent

Minimum Technical Requirements:
