Content & Training Experience Manager – ACTIVE

Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (with 1 hr break/lunch schedule unpaid) US New York

Company Overview:

The company is a highly respected employment and labour law firm serving businesses through a proactive, subscription-based legal model. The firm positions itself as a preventative, holistic legal partner – “Eastern medicine vs Western medicine” – helping companies stay out of employment disputes rather than simply reacting when problems arise.

The firm currently:

  • Serves ~50 subscription clients (30+ actively attending monthly cohort trainings)
  • Runs recurring HR and manager training via Zoom
  • Has a mailing list of approximately 15,000 contacts
  • Attracts 300-400 attendees per webinar
  • Has 5,000+ LinkedIn connections (Joel alone)
  • Has 20+ recorded speeches and 65+ training videos
  • Is developing a scalable training & education business separate from the law firm

Key Responsibilities:

Content Repurposing

  • Slice speeches into short-form clips
  • Repurpose podcasts
  • Create LinkedIn-ready videos
  • Add captions, graphics, branding

Content Distribution

  • Schedule LinkedIn posts
  • Assist with newsletter formatting
  • Support webinar promotions

Training Experience Enhancement

  • Manage Zoom sessions (breakout room experts) – VAs internet should be excellent since they will be assisting the webinars/ workshops
  • Creating invites and posting to social media platforms and pushing to the client lists – someone that is creative to create different kinds of invites for different types of events.
  • Create polls, games, breakout structures
  • Assist with engagement frameworks
  • Coordinate recordings

New Business Support

  • Assist with landing page builds (AI tools)
  • Support cohort launches
  • Assist with affiliate onboarding materials

  • Joel likes people that he can bounce ideas off – someone who thinks outside the box and someone who is very flexible and someone who can roll with the punches and definitely not SHY! 
  • Someone that can offer solution and alternative ways to get the ideal output.
  • Someone who has good english speaking and writing skills 
  • Someone who accepts constructive criticism – there will be back and fort changes so we need someone who is thick skinned 
  • The VAs will be working with Marina, Daniel and Joel 

Tech Stack (Preferred Experience):

  • Video editing tools (CapCut or Opus, Riverside, Descript)
  • Zoom advanced features
  • Canva/ AI tools (chatgpt) / Co-pilot
  • AI content tools
  • Basic landing page builders
  • LinkedIn content formatting

Minimum Technical Requirements:

Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)

Computer Specs: 16GB RAM computer (Windows OS or M1/M2 Mac).

Back up internet (a MUST): Fast internet and Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
