Job Description
We’re looking for a creative content and social media specialist who brings strong initiative, a strategic mind, and sharp execution to our brand. The ideal candidate understands the personal development and coaching space and can translate mindset-driven messaging into beautifully branded, engaging content.
You’ll work across Not Stationary, a luxe yet grounded performance stationery brand, and the personal brands of Michelle and Martin Taupau, focused on high-performance, coaching, and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives in fast-paced, feedback-rich environments
- Understands minimalist design and intentional branding
- Has previously worked with coaches, speakers, or personal development brands
- Can own the creative process from ideation through to execution
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content & Management
- Create and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Design on-brand carousels, reels, quote graphics, and stories using Canva
- Repurpose content across platforms for visual consistency
- Build a monthly content calendar in collaboration with Michelle
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and driving follower growth
Basic Video Editing
- Edit short-form content for Reels and TikTok using tools like CapCut or in-platform apps
- Add captions, transitions, and audio enhancements where relevant
Email Marketing
- Build and schedule branded newsletters (1–2x/week)
- Support the transition of email marketing from Squarespace to Shopify
- Assist in setting up automation flows for programs like the 21-Day Daily Practices Program
Paid Ad Creative Support
- Design graphics and content for Meta and Google Ads campaigns (with Michelle’s direction)
- Collaborate on ad copy, hooks, and visuals
- Personal Branding – Michelle & Martin Taupau
- Assist in building their credibility as thought leaders in leadership, coaching, and performance
- Design and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Support storytelling, visual branding, and audience engagement
Project-Based Deliverables
- Design branded eBooks, PDFs, and coaching tools
- Assist in writing taglines, captions, and campaign themes
- Maintain an organised digital content library across Google Drive and Canva
Tools We Use

- CapCut or iMovie (video editing)
- Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Docs

*While Shopify experience is preferred, it is not mandatory since the business model is simple.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
