Admin + Customer Support + Bookkeeping VA
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our virtual workforce, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, excellent customer service, and proficient bookkeeping services. This is a dynamic position that requires versatility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Work hours:
Mon-Fri at 8 hrs daily or 40 hrs weekly (6 am to 2 pm PH time)
Salary: Minimum of AUD $8 hourly rate
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps (Extensive experience with each platform/system is not required)
- Xero
- ClickUp
- Microsoft Suite
- Teams
- Teamwork (project management)
- Sharepoint
- Excel
- OneDrive
- PowerBI
- Documents
*Training provided on unfamiliar software
VA Tasks Overview:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the company.
- Perform general clerical tasks and assist in the maintenance of office systems.
- Customer Support:
- Interact with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Bookkeeping (Xero):
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during Zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
