Job Description – We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Finance & Loan Operations Specialist with a demonstrated track record in accounting and finance, and proven experience within Australian financial services, non-bank lending or private credit environments.
This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, control and integrity across financial reporting and reconciliations, loan administration, accounts payable/receivable, as well as assisting with loan funding and drawdowns.
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the role would be ideal for someone with solid accounting fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
