Role Overview

We are looking for an organised B2B Marketing Operations and Content Specialist to support Jordan, who runs an American manufacturing business that makes commercial outdoor recreation products for business buyers and public-sector customers. The goal is a multi-year working relationship.

The business is building marketing around buyer personas, messaging, customer success stories, lead magnets, landing pages and targeted campaigns, with strategy set together with an external marketing coach. You will turn that approved direction and the team’s product expertise into consistent execution and useful reporting.

Campaign operations and measurement are the priorities, supported by practical content creation and repurposing. You translate approved direction into work that ships on time, raise problems early, and recommend improvements based on evidence.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Maintain a content and campaign calendar by buyer persona and business line, with deadlines, owners, approvals and publishing dates
  • Set up, schedule, launch and monitor paid and organic social campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Coordinate launches, check links and forms, monitor delivery, and flag delays, tracking problems or performance issues promptly

B2B Content and LinkedIn

  • Turn persona briefs, buyer problems, customer success stories and internal insights into posts, lead magnets, email sequences and campaign copy
  • Draft, format and schedule LinkedIn content for business and public-sector decision-makers
  • Use approved templates and AI tools to maintain brand voice and accuracy, and get client approval before publishing

Landing Pages and Marketing Automation

  • Build and update WordPress landing pages, forms and approved quizzes or interactive assets
  • Use HubSpot to organise campaign leads, maintain source information and support approved follow-up and nurture workflows
  • Test the path from campaign click to form submission to CRM entry so leads reach the right follow-up process

Static Content and Media Support

  • Create template-based graphics, carousels, educational visuals and case study assets in Canva or similar tools
  • Repurpose video and podcast recordings into basic edited clips, captions, summaries and supporting posts

Content Operations and Asset Management

  • Maintain organised asset libraries, file names, versions and approved final files
  • Coordinate briefs, drafts, revisions and approvals across business lines
  • Document repeatable workflows and SOPs, and check all AI-assisted outputs for accuracy

Analytics and Reporting

  • Maintain consistent UTM tagging, HubSpot lead-source records and GA4 tracking, and build dashboards in Looker Studio or a similar tool
  • Deliver a weekly operating report covering work completed, campaign delivery, spend, traffic, conversions, lead quality, blockers and next actions
  • Deliver a monthly ROI report connecting campaign costs to qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue
  • Recommend practical tests based on results

Mandatory Program Participation

This role includes a mandatory marketing training program. Participation is tracked and is a condition of the role.

  • Complete the full 10-Day AI Bootcamp within 10 calendar days of your start date
  • Attend one live group coaching call every week with your camera on (Monday 4:00 PM Pacific or Wednesday 1:00 PM Pacific)
  • Join the private WhatsApp channel in your first week and contribute at least once a month
  • Own and maintain the Level 10 (L10) document for the weekly marketing meeting, including the scorecard, rocks, issues and to-dos, and join the weekly marketing meeting and daily huddles

Required Skills

  • 3+ years in digital marketing execution, marketing operations or campaign coordination, with experience creating content for B2B audiences
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Practical GA4, UTM tagging, dashboard and campaign reporting skills, including interpreting lead quality and pipeline data
  • Strong written English for American buyers, able to turn technical information into clear, accurate content
  • Experience creating LinkedIn posts and template-based static content, plus basic video editing and podcast repurposing
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, editing, repurposing and workflow automation, with strong visual judgment and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet, a quiet camera-ready workspace, and availability for coaching calls, daily huddles and the agreed US Central time overlap

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing marketing, government or municipal markets, and consultative selling
  • Canva or Figma, and quiz or calculator tools such as ScoreApp or Outgrow
  • Descript, CapCut or Adobe for media production, and experience supporting executive thought leadership
  • Familiarity with EOS/Traction, L10 meetings, scorecards, rocks and daily huddles
  • A track record of sustained working relationships, ideally two or more years in previous roles

Who This Role Suits

Someone organised, process-oriented and deadline-driven, who manages several campaigns at once, documents what they do, and raises problems without waiting to be asked. Jordan is looking for a dependable long-term partner who can explain what is working, what needs attention and what to test next.
