Job Description

The client is seeking a goal-oriented and creative Social Media and Video Content Producer. This role is ideal for someone skilled in crafting impactful, visually compelling content that resonates deeply with our female audience between the ages of 30-45. Working closely with our founder, you will produce short-form and long-form videos, optimise content across key social media platforms, and manage scheduled posts to drive engagement on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll also maintain our weekly blog on WordPress, ensuring we deliver fresh, insightful content to our community. Additional platforms include Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Finally, the ideal candidates will also possess a willingness to share their valuable insights and propose creative, thoughtful ideas to the team for process improvements along the way.
• Familiarity with Infusionsoft, Asana, Thinkific, Lastpass, Google for Business, Dropbox, Survey Monkey, WordPress, Zoom, Canva, Acuity, Circle, WordPress, Signnow,  DocuSign preferred. *Extensive experience with each platform/system is not required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos with B-roll and text in alignment with Pristine Fertility’s branding using Vimeo.

• Edit videos to short-form videos using Capcut.

• Promote videos on all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Linkedin and Facebook)

• YouTube Keywords research using Tubebuddy

• Add: Descriptions, links, keywords, and tags using ChatGPT

• Add: YouTube cards and end screen

• Design YouTube thumbnail using Canva

• Edit video transcription

• Schedule video for approval

• Manage YouTube assets (e.g. raw videos and scripts) in Google Drive

• Research highly searched video using Tubebuddy

• Manage and update posting schedule using Asana

• Moderate comments

• Monthly reporting on channel growth and engagement

  • Primary focus: YouTube content management and video editing
    • Edit 5-7 minute videos weekly, adding b-roll and text
    • Create short-form content using CapCut
    • Manage YouTube channel (scheduling, descriptions, analytics)
  • Cross-platform content distribution using Later software
  • Monthly reporting and analytics tracking
• Potential future tasks: WordPress updates, Canva designs for marketing campaigns
  

   

Social Media Accounts Management

• Schedule content using Later across all social media platforms (YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and Pinterest) for approval
• Manage and update posting schedule using Asana.
• Write social media captions using ChatGPT that are aligned with the brand voice and template.
• Competitor and content research primarily for TikTok and Instagram
• Conduct hashtag research
• Manage Linkinbio
• Moderate comments on audience outreach
• Monthly reporting on channel growth and engagement

Other Administration (possibly with increased work hours)

• Design and update social media posts and email marketing campaigns using Canva
• Update documents, course slides, and design of marketing materials using Canva.
• Weekly website blog updates using WordPress/Elementor – content provided by the founder
