US-based Client Part-time Advance General VA (4 hrs daily)
Role Overview:
The client is a relationship coach, who provides relationship counseling by supporting clients and members in learning how to connect. This can include educating how to hug, creating a safe place to share individual needs, and supporting intimate relationships from a place of connection. The person in this role will be in a “right-hand” position to the CEO. This person will assist the CEO in all aspects of running the business – offering eyes, ears, and hands to help with overall operations. The ideal candidates must possess a willingness to share their valuable insights and propose creative, thoughtful ideas to the team for process improvements along the way.
The successful candidate will be given an AU$9 hourly rate – 4 hrs a day or 20 hrs per week.
Work hours:
Night time shift (US client) – Mon-Fri at 9pm-1am PH time daily

VA Task/Skill Overview
- Email management with a maximum 24-hour response time (during weekdays)
- Scheduling appointments
- Membership Support
- Onboarding and Off-boarding members
- Managing agreements
- Renewals and Expirations coordination
- Coaching Session Tracking and recording delivery
- Maintaining a relationship with customers enrolled in our programs so that they have personal connection with us every month at a minimum
- Other community group care including welcomes, birthday, anniversary and engagement posts
- Technical support for membership and community platforms
- Login, access, navigation, how to’s
- Processing feedback and testimonials
- Accounts receivable
- Setup and manage payment plans
- Contact customers re failed / missed payments
- Retreat enrollment management
- Answering Questions
- RSVP management
- Enrolling Friends and Partners
- Waiver management
- Checking in participants at the beginning of a retreat start (This will require staying a bit later a few times a year on a Friday)
- Check in from Zoom waiting room to Main room
- Follow up with any missing people
- Answer access / technical questions
- Sales Support
- Keep sales pipeline up to date
- Add inquiries
- Add upcoming Igniting Soul Love Experience sessions
- Document retreat prospects and post retreat follow up needs
- Update statuses as prospects progress
- Scheduling / engagement / follow up emails with templated responses
- Keep sales pipeline up to date
- Daily and as needed administrative tasks
- Creating, documenting and maintaining a “how to” manual for all tasks.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: 20MBPS Upload: 5MBPS (will be checked during Zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during Zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
