URGENT HIRING: Full-time Operations and Customer Care Assistant with Social Media Background
Role Overview:
Client is in the hospitality business and looking to add a VA to assist in various areas of their day-to-day operations. In addition to general admin support, the VA will also look after customer care by looking after their orders and billings as well as responding to feedback and review posted on either social media or review sites (yelp, square, etc).
Recruitment Period:
February 27 to March 15, 2023 only
Work hours:
Day time shift – Mon-Fri at 8 hrs daily or 40 hrs weekly
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps:
- Slack
- QuickBooks
- Canva
- Trello
- GSuite
- Training provided on tools that are unfamilar
The role requires skills/experience in:
- Basic Bookeeping
- Invoices & Billing
- Project Management
- Customer Support (non-voice)
- Social Media Management (background in TikTok is an advantage)

Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: 20MBPS Upload: 5MBPS (will be checked during zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
