URGENT HIRING: Full-time Lead Gen Assistant with Customer Support (Sales Calls)
Role Overview:
Client is in the hospitality business and looking to add a VA to assist with his lead generation campaigns and various areas of their day-to-day operations. Part of the VA’s responsibility will be doing sales calls and customer support looking after the delivery of the client’s service/product.
Recruitment Period:
February 27 to March 15, 2023 only
Work hours:
Day time shift – Mon-Fri at 8 hrs daily or 40 hrs weekly
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps (if ever you have experience using similar apps – you can still apply):
- TallEmu CRM
- Ordermentum
- Google Sheets/ Excel Spreadsheets (they use both)
- Digital Phone
- Training provided
The role requires skills/experience in:
- Problem-solving skills (eg. handling situations like if a drink package goes missing calling couriers)
- Great communication
- Telephone handling – Willing to do sales calls (not their main role but helping the team where needed)
- Excellent excel and google spreadsheets knowledge
- Sales/lead generation assistance (and eventually … management)

- Reliable – can work autonomously
Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: 20MBPS Upload: 5MBPS (will be checked during zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
