URGENT HIRING: Full-time Customer Support VA with Hubspot (CRM) Management Experience
Role Overview:
The client is a software developer who is looking for a VA who can manage Hubspot CRM and provide tech support to customers. He/She will also be responsible for offering high-level customer care to address service tickets to help improve end-user experience. The VA will also be supporting the implementation of ongoing customer/user training with the software so that customers can maximise the use of the product.
Recruitment Period:
February 27 to March 15, 2023 only
Work hours:
Day time shift – Mon-Fri at 8 hrs daily or 40 hrs weekly
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps:
- HubSpot (A MUST)
- Slack
- Trello
- Google Suite
The role requires skills/experience in:
- Customer support
- Admin Tasks

- Reliable – can work autonomously
Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: 20MBPS Upload: 5MBPS (will be checked during zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
