Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Supply Chain Analytics to join our team. This role primarily involves handling supply purchases, tracking orders, organising production schedules as per demand planning from Ops Manager, analysing sales reports and completing inventory reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and love numbers, and capable of generating actionable insights to support our business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Analytics: Export reports, analyse trends, and provide insights based on Shopify analytics.
- MYOB Reporting: Utilise MYOB accounting software daily for tasks such as sales analysis, inventory reconciliation, and creating purchase orders.
- Dashboard Analysis: Create and maintain dashboards based on reports from multiple platforms (WMS, ERP, retailers, supermarket sales) to generate valuable insights.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Perform accurate inventory reconciliation and ensure consistency across various platforms.
- Excel Reporting: Manipulate data and generate reports using Excel; must be proficient in using formulas, tables, and creating spreadsheets from scratch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Shopify analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MYOB for sales analysis, inventory reconciliation, and purchase order creation.
- Supply Chain (logistics, warehousing) experience
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, tables, and the ability to build comprehensive reports.
- Ability to generate insights from data and create dashboards that support business decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tools:
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, functions, vlookup, pivot tables) is a MUST
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Experience with Shopify, Google Drive, and Gmail
