Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to work Monday to Friday, 3-7pm PHT, focusing primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram. This position requires strong content creation, scheduling, and video editing skills, along with experience in email marketing and LinkedIn lead generation.

- Social media management (LinkedIn/Instagram focus)
- Content creation, scheduling (using Buffer)
- Analytics tracking (Google Sheets, Shield for LinkedIn)
- Video editing: Creating reels/shorts from speaking content
- Email marketing: Weekly newsletter, campaign setup
- Admin support and LinkedIn lead generation
More information:
- Social media content scheduling, minor video editing, graphic design
- Email marketing setup and scheduling (MailerLite → GHL migration)
- LinkedIn lead generation (scripts provided) and follow-ups
- Webinar/event setup and automation (GHL)
- CRM and funnel management (basic GoHighLevel use)
- General admin: inbox, scheduling, file organization, client support
- SOP/documentation creation
- Client onboarding assistance
Tools:
- Social media: Buffer for scheduling, Google Sheets for analytics
- Design: Canva (primary tool)
- LinkedIn: Sales Navigator for lead generation
- GoHighLevel (especially CRM and basic automations), Canva, Google Workspace
- ClickUp, Wix, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MailerLite (migrating to GHL), Buffer
- Nice-to-have: Design experience specific to personal branding or fashion-related businesses

Minimum Technical Requirements:
