Part-time Bookkeeper VA with Social Media + Shopify Experience
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a virtual assistant for an e-commerce business to help with customer service emails and content creation/planning/caption writing, and product photo editing. Routine tasks also include product listing, billing and accounts (bookkeeping) management, and social media management. For your reference, the client’s business runs an online specialty store.
Recruitment Period:
February 27 to March 15, 2023 only
Work hours:
10am – 2pm Brisbane (8am – 12pm Manilla)
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps:
- Adobe Photoshop (required)
- Shopify Experience (required)
- Xero
The role requires skills/experience in:
- Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop)
- Product Listing
- Social Media Management
- Customer Care
- Bank Reconciliation
Key Attributes:
- Good written and spoken english
- Self Starter/Reliable – can work autonomously
- Confident & Proactive – someone who’s happy to project manage
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Highly Organised
- Works well in any team environment
Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: 20MBPS Upload: 5MBPS (will be checked during zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
