Job Description

This position is for two part-time administration roles in Conveyancing, requiring 4 hours of work per day from 10 am to 2 pm Melbourne time. Key responsibilities include attention to detail, initiative, independent work, and task management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that all tasks, no matter how small, are completed accurately and thoroughly. The ability to catch and correct errors before they become issues is essential.
  • Initiative and Proactiveness: Proactively identify ways to assist and improve workflows. Anticipate needs and take the initiative in supporting the me without needing to be asked.
  • Independent Work: Operate effectively with minimal supervision. Must be able to manage and prioritize tasks, making decisions on your own when necessary.
  • Communication: Keep clear and open lines of communication, providing regular updates on progress and seeking clarification when needed.
  • Task Management: Handle a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to assisting with emails, ensuring all are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with Conveyancing/Property Law.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
