We’re currently on the lookout for a talented Local Staffing/E-Recruitment Officer to join our team. We need someone who can jump into our fast-paced recruitment workflow and play a crucial role in managing our virtual assistant recruitment, administration, and client communication.

Role Overview:
E-Recruiter Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management and Sourcing [High Priority]
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain and organise the candidate pipeline using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Active Sourcing: Proactively source candidates from various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Screening and Vetting: Conduct initial screening of applicants to ensure they meet the minimum requirements of the role.
- Candidate Interviews: Conducting qualified candidate interviews for skills and character assessment and alignment
- Profile Creation: Create and update candidate profiles in the ATS, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
2. Client Communication and Coordination
- Client Liaising: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on the recruitment process.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, managing all calendar invites and communication.
- Feedback Management: Gather, organise, and communicate feedback from both clients and candidates in a professional manner.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding Administration
- Job Posting: Draft, review, and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Documentation Management: Organise and maintain all recruitment-related documents, including resumes, cover letters, and compliance forms.
4. System and Reporting
- ATS Utilisation: Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately logged and tracked in the ATS.
Training notes: Successful candidates will initially work (shadow) directly with the Recruitment Team Leader during the onboarding stage
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Proven Experience: 3–5 years of experience in e-recruitment or virtual assistant (VA) recruitment, with a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- System and Data Proficiency: Must have experience using various ATS and a CRM like HubSpot. The candidate should also have an updated LinkedIn account for outreach and be committed to using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking skills are essential for managing a fast-paced workflow and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborative Mindset: An agile and strategic team player who collaborates effectively to ensure consistency, process excellence, and high-quality hires.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering a positive experience to all candidates, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
