Full-time Advanced VA (Night Shift – US Client)
Role Overview:
We are searching for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our clients. The VA should be committed to a long-term partnership with the company and help maintain a positive and productive work relationship. As an advanced VA, he should be flexible and adaptable to any tasks given. The VA should have great problem-solving skills to help resolve any issues that may arise. The candidate will be working on the night shift in US time zones and ensure efficient communication. Are you an organized and versatile VA who can juggle multiple tasks? Work hours:
Night time shift (US client) – Mon-Fri at 8 hrs daily or 40 hrs weekly
Salary: Minimum of AUD $8 hourly rate
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps (if ever you don’t have experience using similar apps – you can still apply):
- Google Sheets/ Excel Spreadsheets
- Zoom
- Canva
- Xero
- Active Campaign
- Trello
The role requires skills/experience in:
- Social Media Management
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent excel and google spreadsheets knowledge
- Email Management
- Basic Image Editing
- Lead Generation
- Basic Video Editing
- Basic Bookkeeping

Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
