Job Description

Ryan and his partner are seeking a high-performing Acquisitions Manager to fill the most essential gap in their business. The VA must be an experienced closer, with fluent, near-native English and a strong sales personality. The role is 100% remote, full-time, and comes with commission-based bonuses for closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lock up deals by negotiating directly with motivated sellers.
• Follow up on warm leads passed from the lead manager.
• Navigate different seller personalities and scenarios.
• Use Podio CRM to document interactions, set tasks, and follow processes.
• Participate in internal role-play to demonstrate closing skills.
• Follow detailed SOPs and sales frameworks provided.

Required Skills: 

• Accent and communication clarity are critical.
  Must be fluent, confident, and smooth on calls—their clients are older Americans who can quickly sense offshore support.
• No cold calling – this is a sales closer, not a lead generator.
• Cultural fit and motivation are essential.
• Need someone who’s self-motivated, “alpha” personality, and coachable.
• Tech Savvy
