E-Commerce + Social Media + Customer Support

Role Overview:
We are looking for a virtual assistant with experience working with e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering high-level admin and customer support, managing product or service delivery, and providing social media assistance. The candidate should be able to support and help customers in a friendly and professional manner, have a strong background in managing Shopify and Amazon stores, and have Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Work hours:
Day time shift – Mon-Fri (7:30am-11:30am PH time)
Salary: Minimum of AUD $8 hourly rate
This role requires experience and knowledge in the following Apps: (*training provided on unfamiliar software)

VA Task Overview
- eCommerce/Administration
- Amazon: shop set up, product management, ongoing maintenance
- Shopify: website content update, product management, ongoing maintenance
- Data entry into eCom systems to upload SKU
- Email Management eg Filter emails and manage spam
- Answer customer service emails and chat support
- Manage voicemail messages
- Data entry
- Social Media
- Source and curate content for Social Media
- Schedule social media content using a scheduler
- Research hashtags and social media trends
- Manage inbox and response rate
- Competitor research
- Moderate comments and reviews
- Design social media content and thumbnails using Canva
- Write social media captions
- Social media engagement (liking, commenting, following)
- Preparing social media reports
- Create, edit and upload Stories
- Customer Support
- Customer Enquiries
- Customer Support, Live Chat & Instant Messenger
- Processing Orders
- Billing and Technical Support

Minimum Technical Requirements:
Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)
Computer Specs: i3/Ryzen3 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM (will be checked during Zoom interview)
Back up internet (a MUST): at least Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
