Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Data Coordinator to maintain and optimise our CRM data quality, integrity, and structure. This role requires expertise in HubSpot and WordPress, as well as a deep understanding of data management best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with operations teams to ensure CRM data is accurate, structured, and used effectively to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Data Quality & Management
- Oversee CRM data cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, and integrity.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across all departments.
- Develop and enforce best practices for CRM data structure and usage.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data segmentation and lead scoring to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behaviour, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in improving automation workflows based on data insights.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure data consistency.
- Support marketing efforts by ensuring CRM data is structured for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Provide recommendations to improve CRM usage and efficiency.
CRM & Website Integration
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration with
WordPress and other tools.
- Support website data tracking and lead capture forms.
- Assist in troubleshooting CRM-related issues and implementing process improvements.
Key Qualities and Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and WordPress is essential.
- Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, validation, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot CRM and data-related issues proactively.
- Collaborative Approach: Works well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to document and improve data processes.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in CRM data management with HubSpot.
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with website analytics and tracking tools.
