Overview
Job Description
- Three interconnected brands: Wellness 360, Warrior Movement, Kingdom Builders
- Daily tasks: posting schedules, livestream management, content repurposing
- Weekly tasks: video editing, email drafting, flyer updates
- Platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Go High Level, Canva, ChatGPT, G-suites (Google doc, slides, sheet, form)
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin support: posting schedules, managing calls, organising content
- Content creation: repurposing videos, creating reels, designing flyers
- Community management: engaging with Facebook groups (lower priority)
- Proactive approach desired: understanding business, minimal hand-holding
- Content Management:
- Set up and manage live streams using Restream.
- Edit, upload, and repurpose video content for various platforms.
- Create social media posts, captions, flyers and thumbnails.
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively add and engage with prospects on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to leads generated through live streams and email campaigns.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage Go High Level CRM, including email campaigns, lead tracking, set up automations for Instagram, make minor edits to existing funnels
- Organise and respond to emails, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Maintain and update SOPs to document workflows and processes.
- Plan and organize events
- Posting announcements in communication channels
- Community Management:
- Moderate Facebook groups, engage with members, and escalate queries as needed.
- Foster community interaction and ensure timely responses.
Requirements:
- Proactive VA for admin, content management, and social media tasks across multiple brands (20hrs/week)
Tools:
- Restream: Live stream setup and management.
- Go High Level: CRM for email marketing and automation; edit/duplicate existing funnels; super huge added plus if they can work with GHL support to troubleshoot and create funnels
- Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Other Tools: Telegram, WhatsApp, G-suites, and basic graphic design tools (Canva).

Minimum Technical Requirements:

Computer Specs: 16GB RAM computer (Windows OS or M1/M2 Mac).
Back up internet (a MUST): Fast internet and Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
